Not unlike other men, I was once in search of purpose and direction. I was once in a void of connection to myself and others. Despite having access to all the entertainment and resources the Western world could provide, I felt alone. I wanted more from life. With the help of others, all that changed.
I began my background in leadership in the early 2000s at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, graduating as a licensed mariner and officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. I spent the next nineteen years working on some of the largest and most technologically advanced cargo and drilling ships known to the world, eventually attaining the role of Captain and Offshore Installation Manager of a state-of-the-art Deepwater Drillship with a crew of several hundred people in a billion-dollar operation. Having traveled, worked, and lived worldwide, I have been fortunate to have encountered men of every cultural, ethnic, and religious background on an extensive personal and professional level.
Along the way, I encountered a series of challenges not uncommon to many men in the workplace, finance, intimate relationships, life purpose, and general self-worth. Addictive behaviors became prevalent. The world inside my head took precedence over the world around me at a costly lesson. In those darkest moments came to life an introduction to various modalities of health, mental wellness, and spirituality.
The universe had ushered me down an unfamiliar path. With an open heart and mind, I followed my intuition and absorbed what knowledge came my way in over a decade of exploration. Through this journey came a state of physical and mental wellbeing and helped to shape my identity as a man in the modern world.
It has become my purpose to offer the lessons I have experienced to other men on their journey in life with hope they learn to reestablish the connection between their body and mind to live fulfilling productive lives.

ELEMENTS of MASCULINE EMPOWERMENT COURSEWORK & PRACTICE
U.S. MERCHANT MARINE
The Merchant Marine is the cross-section between the civilian and military shipping industry of the US. The primary function is to transport cargo and passengers between ports, and plays a crucial role in supporting international trade and the national economy during peace and war.
Credentials: Paul has twenty years of experience in the Merchant Marine, seven of which a Ship Captain and licensed Master Mariner, working in various high-stress, high-stakes environments with several hundred men and women under his command.
Derived Course Studies: Leadership, discipline, decision-making, and teamwork.
TANTRA
Tantra is a spiritual tradition that emphasizes the interconnectedness of all things and the potential for spiritual liberation through a variety of psychological and somatic practices, meditations, and rituals. Also referred to as “The Art of Conscious Loving”.
Credentials: Paul is a Level Two Certified Tantra Educator with the Source School of Tantra Yoga, having trained with Charles Muir, among other various practitioners.
Derived Course Studies: Emotional cognition, somatic intimacy skills, and a framework for self-grounding.
WIM HOF METHOD
The Wim Hof Method, simply put, is a natural path to an optimal state of body and mind. Using the three pillars of breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset, the method helps individuals overcome their self-perceived limitations to live happier, healthier, and stronger lives.
Credentials: Paul is a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.
Derived Course Studies: Restoration of the body-mind connection and improved general health.

I created Zenfire LLC with one goal: Masculine Empowerment.
The aim is to empower men to embody the qualities of integrity, focus, and resilience by integrating the various modalities of self-improvement which I have benefited from in my life. Key components from each of these create a foundation for men to refine the areas of their lives in need of attention to make space for more fulfilling life experiences.
Services will include individual educational sessions in a specific modality, general coaching, and integrated workshops depending on desired goals. PRECISION NUTRITION
Precision Nutrition is one of the world’s largest and most respected nutrition coaching and educational organizations. The process moves away from a “one-size-fits-all” approach and moves towards individualized plans for optimal health.
Credentials: Paul is a graduate of the Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coaching Program and a certified Master Health Coach with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (HBHWC).
Derived Course Studies: Foundation in nutrition, sleep, rest, recovery, and physical wellness.
OM RUPANI WORKSHOPS
The school of sensual arts. Training individuals in the mastery of eros, intimacy coaching, and polarity in relationships, Om Rupani is also the author of “Prerequisites to Ecstasy”.
